The Pheasant Run Roadway Manager Association (“PRRMA”) is an oversight board that is comprised of 5 members (2 township officials and 1 from each of the 3 member HOAs) that is responsible for the management of the entire roadway system (ROW) throughout Fairway Pines at Pheasant Run Subdivision, Fairways at Pheasant Run Subdivision, Pheasant Run Subdivision and Summit Parkway.
As a homeowner in our subdivision you are a member of the association and have rights and responsibilities as part of the organization. All homeowners, especially newer residents, are encouraged to review our bylaws

2018 Annual Association Dues are $650. Please send payment to the P.O. box below.
2018 Annual Association Dues payments post marked after 1/31/2018 are subject to the following fees and penalties.
Payments postmarked after 1/31/2018 but on or before 2/28/2018 are $681.00. Added are a $25.00 Late Fee and an Interest Penalty of $6.00.
Payments postmarked after 2/28/2018 but on or before 3/31/2018 are $792 00. Added are a $130.00 Late Fee and an Interest Penalty of $12.00.
If payments are not received prior to 4/1/2018, 2018 Annual Dues and associated Late Fees and Interest Penalties will be considered delinquent and will be turned over to a collection agency who will place a lien on this property, add lien placement and release costs, and add 35% to 50% collection fees to the amount owed.
Annual Association Dues for the 2017 calendar year remained at $610.00, the same as was the Annual Association Dues for 2014, 2015, and 2016.
