Fairway Pines at Pheasant Run is a distinguished residential community of 309 single-family homes in Canton Township, Michigan. Our neighborhood is uniquely integrated with the Pheasant Run Golf Course, offering residents a scenic and well-maintained environment year-round.
The association manages landscaping, irrigation systems, snow removal, and common area maintenance — ensuring Fairway Pines remains one of Canton's most welcoming communities. We are a proud member of the Pheasant Run Roadway Maintenance Association (PRRMA), which oversees roadway standards across three neighboring subdivisions.
Our all-volunteer Board of Directors works diligently to balance keeping assessments affordable while maintaining the quality and appearance of our shared spaces. We encourage all residents to get involved.
