Serve on the Board
Our Board of Directors is entirely volunteer-driven — and we need you. Serving on the board is one of the most meaningful ways to contribute to the community you call home. Board members help set policy, manage association finances, oversee common area maintenance, and represent the interests of all 309 homeowners.
No prior experience is necessary — just a commitment to our community. If you're interested, please reach out. We'd love to hear from you.
We're actively recruiting volunteers

Annual Homeowner Meetings
The annual general membership meeting is held each late November or early December. This is the primary opportunity for all homeowners to come together, hear updates from the Board, review financials, and elect Directors.
Watch for notices in the mail and by email as the annual meeting approaches. All homeowners are encouraged to attend — your voice matters in shaping the future of our community.
Board Meetings
Board of Directors meetings are held on an as-needed basis throughout the year. The meeting schedule is not fixed — meeting dates are determined by the Board based on community needs and pending business.
To find out when the next board meeting is scheduled, please contact the association directly by email. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
